Lead the architecture of Materna's clinical data plane: longitudinal records, FHIR R4 export, RLS, and the AI flows that turn voice into structured data.

What you'll do

• Design and review HIPAA-grade Postgres schemas with row-level security
• Own the FHIR R4 bundle generator + cross-border bundle delivery pipeline
• Mentor engineers on clinical data modeling and bilingual UX
• Partner with the clinical lead on safety-override behavior across every flow
