- Maintain BAA inventory across every PHI-touching vendor
- Run quarterly penetration tests + remediation
- Lead annual HIPAA risk assessment
- Run the break-glass review process
Who you are
Healthcare security background or comparable regulated environment. CISSP/CCSP a plus, not required.
