Yes. Every string is in both English and Spanish, no auto-translate. Clinical contexts use the formal *usted*; postpartum and educational contexts use the warm *tú*.

Never. Every voice input has a typed-text fallback that's just as fast. You can also turn the floating voice companion off entirely in Settings.

v1 reads SMART-on-FHIR data if your EHR exposes it. Bidirectional EHR write-back (Mirth Connect → Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks) is on the Phase 2 roadmap.
