Pre-launch. No live status to publish yet.
Materna Health Solutions is in early development. This page lists the systems we are building, the architecture we will run them on, and the SLOs we will commit to once we are serving live traffic. When we go live, real status and incident history will appear here, with no marketing math.
Honest framing
We will not publish fake uptime numbers or made-up incident history. The list below is what we are building. The SLOs further down are what we will commit to in writing once we are live with paying partners.

Safety pathways will run separately from any model score.
Self-harm phrases, severe-bleeding cues, decreased fetal movement after 28 weeks, and other acute symptoms will route directly to an on-call line. The score never gates anything urgent. We design that pathway as a separate P0 surface, monitored independently, paged on its own dial.
When we go live
A real status page will replace this one. It will show live system health from production telemetry, with incident history, postmortems, and the option to subscribe over email, SMS, or webhook. Until then, this page is a specification.
