Every appointment, every result, every conversation lives in one chart that follows the patient, across providers, languages, and borders. Read-only FHIR R4 export with consent.
Section 02 / The voice
Tap the mic on a glucose reading and Materna parses what you said before you've put your phone down. Or ask the floating MaternaVoice anything, appointments, medication, an article, from any page.
Section 03 / The two languages
Every flow is prototyped in Spanish first, with bilingual clinicians as the first test users. The English experience inherits Spanish's patience.
Section 04 / The safety net
Preeclampsia, preterm birth, GDM, PPD, growth-restriction. Every algorithm is decision support, never a replacement for clinical judgment, and every alert carries enough context that the provider doesn't have to dig.
Section 05 / The handoff
Cross the border for delivery? Your record crosses with you as a FHIR R4 bundle, audited and consent-gated. Both providers see the same chart.
Section 06 / The scribe
Materna's voice agent transcribes the visit in real time, captures vitals as they're spoken, drafts the SOAP note, and flags any safety pattern before the provider has finished the visit.
Section 07 / The cost to the patient
Materna will never charge a patient. The provider tier and value-based-care arrangements pay for everything you see.
